With a refreshingly friendly demeanor, Chitra brings her own unique past experiences to the negotiation table. Prior to moving to Beverly Hills from Bombay, Chitra was a senior copywriter at an international agency in India; after which she headed Asia’s largest bookshop and its affiliated global-media distribution in India; later she established and set-in-motion The Make-A-Wish Foundation as its first Indian CEO; and was a successful business owner of Art Dharma, her niche endeavor to promote and support Indian Art in all its forms.

Besides Real Estate, Chitra enjoys being a Docent with the Getty Center School Group Teaching program. And pre-pandemic, she along with a friend, would cook a full hot and nourishing meal, once a month for the shelter in Santa Monica, bringing joy and a feeling of home to the 100 - 140 homeless people who stopped by for their Thursday lunch.
